Q: when do you send out orders?
A: orders go out weekly on wednesdays~ (except for preorder items)

Q: if a preorder item is sold out, will i be able to buy it in the future? I missed the preorder...
A: this depends! i might have leftovers that will be put up once all preorders are shipped

Q: i got some stuff i didnt order... did you make a mistake?
A: no! unless it's very obvious (what you ordered is missing completely) i like to throw in extras and freebies :3

Q: Can you ship to me?
A: I can ship to almost anywhere except for certain countries, if you have any inquiries about whether I can ship to your country or not please send in a contact form or DM me on any platform!
